How do I pause the internet access in my business?

You may choose to pause the internet access for a particular connected device at any time.

  1. Open the WiFi Your Way Work App

  2. Tap the “Y” shaped icon in the bottom right corner

  3. This is your network or topology map

  4. Each large dot or world icon represents a SuperPod

  5. Tap on one of the large dots

  6. Select the device you want to pause

  7. In the first box, you will see a pause icon in light grey in the top right corner

  8. Follow the instructions to set a custom timeout or freeze

All devices belonging to an Employee can also be paused.

  1. Open the WiFi Your Way Work App

  2. Tap the phone icon on the bottom and ensure you are in the employee zone.

  3. Select the employee you want to pause.

  4. You will see a pause icon in light grey in the top right corner.

  5. Follow the instructions to set a custom timeout or freeze

Multiple devices in the secure zone can also be paused

  1. Open the WiFi Your Way Work App

  2. Tap the phone icon on the bottom and ensure you are in the Secure zone.

  3. Tap on the pencil next to Select Time Out.

  4. Set the “Time Out Interval” using the + button to increase it by 10 minute increments.

  5. Select the device(s) you wish to pause and tap on Save.
