Guest details can be viewed and downloaded through the WorkPass Web Portal. The historical data contains the email addresses, names (Facebook only), and device types of guests who opted into the marketing email during the past 30 days. The information can be downloaded in CSV format from the WorkPass Web Portal.
Before downloading Guest historical data, you must set up a guest login portal and turn on the “Connect with Email” option in the Guest WiFi customization section of the WorkPass app.
To download the historical data:
Tap the Download button in either the WorkPass app or the WorkPass Web Portal.
