Why are my pods offline?

If you have received an application alert stating your network is offline, follow these steps to bring it back up.

If your modem/gateway or a single WiFi Pod are offline -

  1. Check if your modem/gateway or WiFi pod is plugged into a working outlet and receiving power - if there is no power, try plugging into a different outlet.

  2. Move the pod closer to the power outlet


If your modem/gateway and all WiFi Pods are offline -

  1. Check that your modem/gateway and WiFi pods are receiving power - if there is no power, try plugging them back in or plugging into a different outlet. If you are currently experiencing a power outage, you will need to wait for the power to return to your home for the modem and pods to automatically reconnect.


If your modem/gateway has power but is still offline, please check for Outages in your area, or Contact Us.
