Any warranty claims must be submitted to the battery manufacturer, whose information can be found in the manual provided with the battery. Please note the battery is designed to fit your specific telephone modem and may not be available at retail stores. For any backup batteries purchased from Arris website, those are subject to Arris’s terms and conditions.
