If you don’t have a printer you can email the label to yourself and print it at your closest UPS Store.
Follow these steps:
Visit our Equipment Return page to choose which equipment you need to return
Follow the prompts to access and log into the UPS portal
Once you are logged in, click “email” to email yourself a QR code
Show the QR code to a UPS representative to generate and print your shipping label
The UPS representative will then ship your package back to us and you will receive a tracking number on your UPS Store receipt
