Let’s ensure your install service visit goes as smoothly as possible. Before your tech arrives, please ensure:
Someone 18+ will be present and all pets are secure
All TVs and computers are in your home at the time of installation
All cable outlets are accessible, or you know where you want them installed
All equipment you plan to use (wireless cords, modems, routers) is available to the technician for installation
TV sets/entertainment centers are 3-5 feet away from the wall
Technicians can easily access your exterior cable connection point to complete the installation
