You have two options when it comes to how long your recordings will be stored. Recordings saved with “keep until space needed” will be deleted (oldest recordings first) if the storage becomes full. Recordings saved with “keep as long as possible” will not be deleted if the storage becomes full.
However, all Cloud DVR recordings will expire after one year from the initial recording date unless they are otherwise deleted prior to that date. Cloud DVR Max recordings will expire after two years from the initial recording date unless they are otherwise deleted prior to that date.
