How do I set up call forwarding for my Home/Business phone?

You can set up call forwarding directly through your phone and/or through the Phone Manager portal.

We offer 3 types of call forwarding customizations:

  • Call Forward All: Forwards all calls to another number, (*72) to enable, (*73) to disable

  • Call Forward Busy: Forwards calls when your phone is in use, (*40) to enable, (*98) to disable

  • Call Forward No Answer: Forwards your call when you’re unable to answer, (*42) to enable, (*97) to disable

Call Forward can be set to go to Voicemail or to another telephone number.
