How do I set up a payment arrangement?

If you recently missed a payment, you can log into your Breezeline online account (https://breezeline.com/promisetopay) and click the Account Summary tab. From there, select “click here” in the delinquent balance section. You will then be able to select a new pay date. Remember to click “submit” once you have selected a new date.
