How can I fix poor connection issues I see in the WiFi Your Way App?

If a pod displays “Poor health” and you are noticing an impact to your connection, confirm your Breezeline gateway and pod(s) are in the open, away from metallic objects and eliminate any sources of interference. See below for a few tips:

  • Avoid metal or other reflective objects between your gateway and any pod(s)

  • Avoid obstacles in the way of connecting pod(s), such as kitchen and laundry appliances, metallic piping, metallic waste bins or large mirrors

  • Do not place any large furniture right in front of your pod(s)

  • Eliminate any sources of interference such as consumer electronics (including baby monitors, cordless phones, video senders, microwaves, etc.)
