Do Parental Controls that I set in the Interactive Program Guide carry over to my DVR service?

Yes. If you block programs by Channels or Ratings in the General Settings menu, those settings are carried over to DVR recordings. Blocked programs scheduled for recording will still be recorded, but you will have to enter the proper PIN to view them.
