Do I have to provide a Google Account & password when I install my Stream TV Box?

Although a Google Account isn’t required for your Stream TV Box to work, if you don’t provide a Google Account, you won’t be able to access the Google Play Store to download your favorite apps or use the Google Voice Assistant and other helpful features on your Stream TV Box.
