Participating is a Breeze

Participating in ACP through Breezeline is a breeze, with a speedy enrollment process. Whether you’re a new or existing customer, qualifying households can have their ACP benefit applied to any Breezeline Internet plan, including our Internet Assist Plus plan. This specific Breezeline Internet plan becomes entirely free for eligible households once the ACP benefit is applied. It offers a high-speed 100/​10Mbps connection, which holds a value of $29.99 per month!


Who is Eligible to Participate in ACP?

You may already qualify for ACP if a member of your household*:

  • • Receives SNAP/​food stamps, Medicaid or eligible to participate in another one of the FCC’s Lifeline qualifying programs
  • • Receives Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) benefit

  • • Receives free or reduced-price school lunch or breakfast through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)

  • • Enrolled in a school that offers free school breakfast and lunch to all students through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

  • • Federal Pell Grant recipient in the current award year

  • • Gross annual household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

*Limited to one monthly service discount per household, which is defined as any individual or group of individuals who are living together at the same address and share income and expenses.

STEP 1: APPLY 

Apply for Eligibility: After applying, the FCC will share your results with you.

STEP 2: ENROLL

Enroll with Breezeline: Once you receive approval from the FCC, fill out the enrollment form with all the required information. Fill in details with the exact information used on the https://​www​.fcc​.gov/acp application, including the Benefit Qualifying Person detail, if provided on application.

STEP 3: AGREE TO TERMS

After filling out the enrollment form, acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions to receive the benefit which will be sent to you via email.

STEP 4: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION

Once Breezeline receives confirmation of the households’ eligibility to participate in the ACP program from the National Verifier, they will send you an email confirmation. You will see the discount on your second internet bill after enrollment.

Already a Customer?

STEP 1: APPLY FOR ELIGIBILTY

Ensure that you have an active Breezeline Internet subscription. Breezeline cannot enroll you in the Affordable Connectivity Program if you do not have active Breezeline Internet service.

STEP 2: ENROLL WITH BREEZELINE

When filling out the Breezeline Enrollment form, enter your Breezeline account information, which can be found on your Breezeline bill or in the My Account app.

What Happens When My Enrollment Status Changes?

Qualifying households will be subject to Breezeline’s undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions if they disqualify, de-enroll, transfer their benefit to another provider without canceling service, or if the program ends.
